THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • What kinds of metals do you use?
    We use Gold Filled and Sterling Silver for our pieces! Occasionally, we may use gold plated charms. Please see the item description for material details. Gold Filled: Gold Filled is actually a base metal with a layer of gold bonded to the outside. It is not the same as gold plating and has 100% more gold! With proper care, the gold on Gold Filled products will not rub off, wont turn your skin green, and can last a lifetime! This pieces may require polishing/cleaning over time. Sterling Silver: Bow+Hoop uses high quality Sterling Silver (.925). The silver will not rub off, wont turn your skin green, and will last a lifetime! This pieces may require polishing/cleaning over time.
  • Who makes the jewelry?
    I (Xanath) make everything! From the design, soldering, wire wrapping and more, I make each piece.
  • Do you offer custom orders?
    Yes, most of time! Please reach out with any custom ideas or special orders you may have. We will always try to work with your vision! Feel free to email your ideas to bowhoop.jewelry@gmail.com
  • How do I keep my jewelry beautiful?
    Bow+Hoop uses high quality materials, but even they need a little love and care once and awhile. Here are some tips for caring for your jewelry! Whenever possible, avoid showering, swimming, or working out with your jewelry. While it is made to be worn everyday, these activities may lead to dull jewelry (which can be fixed!) Store your jewelry in an dry container. A jewelry box or air tight bag is perfect! Whenever you need a little extra shine, clean your jewelry with a polishing cloth. If your jewelry tarnishes (which is normal), a nice polish will fix that right away!
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of the order being placed.
  • Can I return or exchange my item?
    We are happy to accept exchanges, if needed. Please contact me within 5 days of the item being delivered. We are not able to accept exchanges on custom pieces. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. International order are final. We do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your item, please contact us so we fix it! Complementary repairs are available up to 3 weeks after the item has been delivered, we will attempt to replace/repair the item.
